On 8th August 2025, our founder, Melvin Muna, had the joy and honor of speaking at the ALX Kenya graduation ceremony for learners completing the Professional Foundations and Virtual Assistant programmes. The event brought together passionate young professionals ready to take their next step in the world of work, and it was a privilege to celebrate this milestone with them.
In his address, Melvin shared four keys every professional should hold on to as they step into their careers:

🔑 Relationships shape your journey — The quality of your professional life is deeply influenced by the people you connect with. Building authentic relationships opens doors to opportunities, mentorship, and collaboration.
🔑 Your portfolio is your proof — In a competitive world, your portfolio speaks louder than words. It showcases your ability, credibility, and growth. Keep building and refining it so that it tells your story of value.
🔑 Build in public — Don’t hide your progress. Share your work, your learnings, and your growth. The world rewards professionals who are bold enough to let their journey be seen.
