Established in 2022, the Kingdom Leadership Group is a leadership development agency dedicated to nurturing the next generation of true leaders. We provide one-on-one and group training sessions to empower our clients to discover, develop, and offer their leadership to the world.

Since our establishment in 2022, we have provided 98 custom coaching sessions across various service sectors, directly impacting more than 1,000 people across the world. We have also developed one course in partnership with the Mastercard Foundation Baobab Platform and launched one custom training program on remote work.

Melvin is a leadership coach and consultant with 10+ years of leadership experience across various niches. He discovered and worked to develop his personal leadership early in life and this has set him up for a successful life that positively impacts the life of others in the world. However, to him, the greatest aspect of leadership is the production of other leaders. This is why he is so committed to empowering the next generation of leaders who will rise and solve many of the pressing challenges we face in the world.

Ruth is a leadership development specialist who oversees the training programs at the Kingdom Leadership Group. She is passionate about entrepreneurship and personal development. Additionally, she has 9 years of experience as a remote worker for international brands and clients.
Ruth’s focus as she designs our training programs is to personalize the learning experience for each user and drive knowledge retention through optimized learning materials and delivery.
